Reservation Policies

Guidelines for a Considered Experience

Our reservation policies are designed to respect your time, our team, and fellow guests, ensuring a consistently calm and polished atmosphere throughout the venue.

Arrival Time
We kindly ask guests to arrive at their confirmed time. For peak services, reservations are held for 15 minutes. Please contact us if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Late Policy
For delays beyond 20 minutes without notice, your table may be released to waiting guests. We will always explore alternate seating options where possible.
Dress Code
The River House observes a smart casual dress code. Tailored denim is welcome; activewear, thongs, and overly casual attire are best reserved for another occasion.
Group Size Limits
Online reservations are available for up to 8 guests. Parties of 9 or more are treated as group bookings with tailored menus and minimum spend considerations.
Cancellation Guidelines
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations to standard reservations, and 72 hours for private dining, chef’s table, and poker night bookings. Some events may require a card guarantee or deposit.
